It has gotten a lottle better since COVID, but there is still alot of work that needs to be done. I was there 9/10 saw a fill in P.A., was told to come back in 3 months, got my meds for 3 months. They nurse was unable to schedule the next appt (3 months away), i was rold to call back on 9/12 to schedule. I did but the next available was March which is 6 months away. That's 3 months extra without the care of my primary. if the Dr told me to come back in 3 months Why isn't there a system in place alotting appts for patients that have to return within a certain time frame, instead of having to be a walk in and sitting there all day. During COVID i was prescribed medications I cant take because of Kidney failure by a nurse practitioner. This place need alot of work starting with the people that check you in and ending with the people that clean the building because anything over 5 feet they dont clean because the cleaners are so short they cant reach any further and by me being 6'1" im breathing in non disinfected air and uncleanliness at my height. I observed this on Saturday 9/10 when I was waiting to be called. The way they half clean is a wonder the place haven't been shut down because of airborne diseases. Maybe they need to do housekeeping in administration because the workers is a reflection of the director. Something needs to be done before they end someones life.

The worst!! You will be so sorry i promise you!! If you go to the hospital they want you to see their nurses so they can rewrite your perfectly good script from the hospital so you can fill it at their pharmacy. Just what you want to do after the hospital is wait all day in their clinic so they can rewrite your script and then wait for them to fill it.

This place is a joke ! I wouldn’t call it a clinic or a office more like a pass through. I’m disgusted with the healthcare system this country is operating!!!

Is there any other way to write to you? You suppose you have the sobra appointment so you can follow the Dr. Lot Kiss. Then you do not need to pay.

Bsr, how many a first consultation will cost svp?

Tamara StJuste | Sep 18, 2019

All of this depends on your income. Most likely in his medical 20 dollars and dental 30 dollars depending on your income again.

Why do you have to wait over 2 hrs if you HAVE AN APPOINTMENT

Because they try to work the walk in patients in also. Imagine if you or your child came in sick as a walk in patient and was told to bad we can’t see you because we have jane and john doe here for a medication refill. How would you feel. Have patience. They have a limited number of rooms, limited staff, and limited docors. Everyone wants to get the best care and part of that is not stressing yourself or the staff over how long you have been waiting. You are in a County facility it serves a large number of people everyday. Have patience they will get to you and take care of you and your concerns.
