They do have a shuttle if you call will pick you up from the parking deck and take you up to the main entrance if you need that extra help cause of not being able to walk that far. But they're located inside the hospital on 2nd floor with elevator access. People are friendly and the wait to see the doctor wasn't very long. But make sure to give yourself time to get there unless you can be dropped off by someone at the entrance or to wait on shuttle if you can't walk that far. If in a wheelchair the best way is being dropped off at the area in front and then they park and you go in the shuttle isn't great for wheelchairs but they do have an area once your in the shuttle they can put it in back like did my walker.
