My son’s been receiving speech and occupational therapy for a year and the progress we have seen is amazing. I really have no complaints, all of the therapists have been great, can’t recommend them enough.

TRASH management team, I call hourly over the span of multiple days and they don't answer the phone. It's not till I show up and say something that they finally get an appointment in, all they do is look for excuses to not help my son. When scheduling appointments I have to tell them how to do their job. They do not respond to text messages, yet say we can text them, and when I provide screenshots proving we reached out they deny receiving messages and still penalize the patient for their own system not working. Furthermore, their own therapist are late to their appointments. I know your thinking by now oh you can escalate this and I have -management instead blames the patient instead of understanding that their business process has obvious technical issues and front desk is deliberately (or just simply doesn't know how to) do their job like simply answering the phone.

My experience at the Progressive Pediatric Therapy Center has been nothing less than outstanding. My nephew has Mr. Justin and Ms. Calley for OT and Namyata ( Mrs. Nicky) for PT. They are very welcoming, loving, patient and strive to get each milestone concerns accomplished! Mrs. Mary is a heart of gold! Receptionist Veronica is very welcoming and friendly! This place is Awesome! Thank you to everyone here for what you do! This is truly a special place and we are blessed to have this facility in West Palm Beach!
