It's a walk in..they will take you in and assign you a shelter..there are good ones and there are really bad ones just pray you get a good one like hotels are the best...but you start in Bellevue on 30th st Manhattan...good luck...just don't become a parasite of the system..use the time that you're gonna be in there to get back on your feet..find a job or go back to school!!

Yes bellvue is on east 30 street . take 6 train they open all day and night not the best place but if you mind your business and stay focus they help a lil
