Here is the trick to be transferred to another shelter...you have to go to The Coalition of the Homeless 129 Fulton St...9am sharp...you will sit down with workers who will try to resolve the issue of the shelter being biased to you...you can also contact 33 Beaver St...DHS Headquarters and explain...good luck
