Probably one of the best family shelters there is, the staff is supportive, friendly, and the place is quiet for the most part, you reside in an apartment but you have your own “unit” only having to share a kitchen and bathroom like a roommate situation. Mostly mothers with children, I got permanent housing quickly, if you’re sent here, thank your lucky stars, this place is heaven compared to other shelters

Horrible. I originally wasnt even going to be intaked because my daughter was in the NICU! Even though i was specifically sent here by certain people. This place has roaches the shower in my room barely works the toilet barely works,. The head security is cold mean arrogant and thinks shes above everyone and looks down on people and shes extremely nosey. Having my preemie newborn in a place like this really amped up my PPD, You cant have visitors you cant leave after 9pm, you feel trapped. Its literally an institution.
