Are hair dryers and irons available?

Yes

I have stayed there several times in many different rooms. Each room came with both a hair dryer and an iron & ironing board.

Hair dryers and clothing irons are both available. If I recall, they are both already in the rooms. But I am not positive about the irons. They have them for sure but you might have to get one from the front desk.
