Decent hotel with a beautiful lobby. At one point we were locked in our room as door was stuck, had to call the front desk. Resort fee not included in price of room which is a bit much for a hotel in Dallas which is not a resort area. Luxury hotel so expected expensive but then add parking and resort fee. Won't be staying here again, just wasn't worth the cost when there wasn't even a bartender at the pool, that's not very resort feeling.

Hotel Crescent Court gets three stars for location, ambiance, and service. It loses two stars due to my girlfriend and I’s room wreaking of cigarettes, the sheets having oil stains, the bed lacked a fitted sheet, and leftover trash on the floor. Maybe we got a lemon but for $285/night + $200 holding fee + $26 public parking I don’t think this Hotel Crescent Court stay was worth it one bit. This is a three star hotel at best.

Very accommodating staff and good service. After using the shower in my room, there was an overwhelming sewer smell that got in the room. I called the front desk and they moved my wife and I into another room and gave us an upgrade for the trouble. No fuss no issues. Was in a new room within 20 minutes. In a nice location in uptown Dallas.

I attempted to call and inquire about the afternoon tea and the front desk person spoke over my questions. She knew very little details other than it’s elegant and there are scones when I asked her if it was similar to a traditional English tea. She continued to tell me the winter tea was sold out which made sense but the everbite website says “online sale ended” which makes it sound like you can call and book over the phone or in person. I proceeded to thank her and ask a follow up question regard pricing and she HUNG UP. So rude… I was very interested in the tea but not anymore with that customer service.
