This appears to be an older hotel. Stained carpet. Had sticky red spot. Missing tiles in bathroom. No microwave. Awful soap. Who wants to smell like mint n whatever that soap was. Bring your own soap. Some switches dint work. No all day bar. Dint get to try breakfast. Pool was nice. Good for large events. Location n parking were great.

Had a great stay here in Dallas! Room was cozy and large, hotel was quite pretty and expansive, service was wonderful, and the parking is free! Upon check in I did get 3 free breakfasts and a free drink, so that was a nice surprise! My only complaints are the shower faucet was loose (I posted a video of that), the hairdryer was foul, the vent was dirty, the makeup mirror was broken (another video), and the walls in the bathroom looked like they had never been cleaned (last video). Basically everything in the bathroom needed help. But the generally state of the hotel, along with the service, would make me stay here again. Also, the breakfast was pretty good. Not as good as The Omni would serve, but still respectable. I got the buffet twice and then ordered off the menu the last day. I tried the breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! Highly recommend ordering off the menu based on that alone. Give them a try if you’re in town!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a night while traveling and it was amazing!!! The staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice and spacious (we got a king bed). It was also very clean. The bed was very comfy and the it was very quiet at night. I asked the front desk for more toiletries and they brought a bunch within minutes. They also asked if I needed anything else. The breakfast was amazing. It was a delicious buffet with coffee and juice. (it wasn’t free though!!) It was $20 a person. It was worth it. The service was amazing. If we ever find ourselves in Dallas again we will definitely be staying here. 5/5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Dallas West Park Hotel as it was transitioning into the Renaissance. The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar area, the new bartender was great! We were even able to check in a couple hours early which was great because our flight landed earlier than expected. However, there were a few disappointments during our stay. The first two days there was fire alarm testing and on the second day it went on for three hours! We inquired about this with the front desk and a man assured us it was just the two days of testing and that it would end soon. We never received a heads up about this, had we known we would’ve made plans to leave during this time. My other big issue was that the day before my check out housekeeping came to my door multiple times, and eventually the hotel management, who asked us if we planned on extending our stay. I explained to them that my check out was Tuesday and showed them my confirmation email. I had booked through American Express, which they assumed must have been the issue. I had to go down to the front desk to rescan my keys and forward my confirmation email to the manager but never received an apology for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. The situation made me feel as though I was at fault. Beautiful hotel but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

No they do not have balconies. The Omni in down town Dallas has balconies.
Free guest parking in garage. You only pay for valet I believe it's $10
We were there in late June/early July and no shuttle. All they provide is a room/bathroom. They dont serve breakfast in the morning but have high priced restaurant in lobby to part you of more of your money. We walked across street to QT.
