Thank goodness for TT in the sports bar. We got there Friday night for Texas OU weekend and no one would even look at us after we got seated. Very poor planning on the hotel's part. Our first room, we couldn't get in because the door handle was jammed. Second room didn't cool down until the second night and the faucet handles leaked. We did enjoy our coffee and breakfast sandwiches while there and the Valet service was spot on!

Great place but parking is so expensive and the elevators are sketchy AF

You need a hotel key card to gain access to the gym/pool.
10 pm. Fitness center is open 24 hours.
I don't recall seeing one posted
Yes!
Call front desk, concierge, or house keeping. I've had things mailed to me.
There is no shuttle to DFW. Your best option would be to take the DART Orange line from the Pearl St station right next to the hotel. If you're leaving from the convention center you would have to take the blue line north to West End station and then switch to the Orange line to DFW. Other option is just Uber it.
$23 for self park (+ tax, I think) in the garage across the street
No and No. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive and for the price you pay to stay there you think they would throw in a scrambled egg
I would call the hotel 1st.
It was open till about midnight... We had a crowd there after business meetings at a conference!
Yes. It can be little complicated with all elevators and different blocks but if you use 2nd floor, I found it is easy to navigate around
Yes

Honeywell, and they're set to lockout at 65 as the floor, which they will never reach with more than 2 occupants.
Yes
You can call the hotel and they might be able to tell you
I did not experience the pool or fitness area I was there for a specific event
No Starbucks, but the Open Market near the lobby serves Illy Coffee... :)
Call them
Conference rooms. While the ballrooms are down on 1st/2nd floor. I believe I was on the 37th floor
Yes, parking is available for a fee.
Like 3 blocks away It's on Ross Ave. Cathedral very nice historic church
You can take the free bus no 722 from the pearl street near the station, just across the street from hotel. It will stop at about 100 ft from your destination. The bus service is at every 15 mins but doesn't always come on scheduled time. You may have to wait longer. Or you can take the dart train as well. $5 for whole day with unlimited bus and train ride is not such a bad deal. Or $1.75 for 9am to 5pm on weekdays or $2.5 for two hours at other hours or on weekends is also available if you don't need service for whole day.
They have a few microwaves available they can put in your room, but you have to ask when checking in and its first come first serve. Coffee makers and supplies in each room.
Call the hotel, silly. You've already waited too long!
Deposit over and above your room rent is to cover for the incidentals like room service etc.
If you park after 6p on the street, about a block away from the hotel, the meters are only enforced from 7a-6p. You can park 'free' overnight until 7a, then 'feed' the meter from your hotel room at 7a via Parkmobile app if you are staying past 7a (ok, gonna cost you a couple bucks after 7a, but less than the $23 Sheraton lot).
I was just there weds through Sunday no sign of construction
$23 per day, underneath garage parking tied in to your room key so you can leave as you please (Pearl St.). Valet parking also available on the west side (Olive St.) Levels B and C are for self parking, level A is valet.
