Ive lived in Greenbelt for many years. I moved away. Things have changed there a lot. I love buying fresh fish from foodway in New Carr This particular day was very concerning. The young guys cutting the fish most of the time seem ok. But they often seem to be unhappy, they display low self esteem, anger, rudeness, lack of good customer service skills. Ignorance and frustration. A few of the guys didn't know one fish from the other, labels were wrong, there was such a disarray of order. Also, lack of communication between the customers and themselves. Poor English skills or non at all. This causes a big problem. Lot of inscurities. The manager didn't have much to say. Was this good? I hope in the future those young guys can find inspiring jobs to feel better about themselves instead of projecting their bad feelings on customers. My order was my not filled properly and I left without having received all the fish that was to be cut. Hopfully ill have a better experience the next time.
