Your best bet of getting chicken skin is to go to a local poultry and ask the people to get some for you. A colleague of mine that eats chicken skin normally gets it from the Amish food store.

Not sure if they have just chicken skin for sale. They do have chicken with skin for sale. I have seen cow skin for sale in African stores but not chicken skin. You may want to ask them if they have it in the freezer
