Awful place. Neighbors constantly fighting and breaking already jacked up apartment building. Roaches and rats. Trashy buildings. I see housekeeping on breaks in neighbor’s apartments. Groundskeeper? 4 times that’s how many times I have seen him He doesn’t do any grounds keeping . Been here for 5 years..Cat’s all over the place. They shut off water and change the temperature of the water to lukewarm. Security box been broken for years. Have to get my mail from the ground outside the building.Moving and not looking back. If I were you… Don’t rent here.. You’ll be sorry…

The girl in the front doesn’t know what she’s doing, matter fact no one knows what they’re doing. They try to cover up all the major problems with the community & it’s very disgusting/ disturbing. Do not come in contact with this place. Rats & roach galore. People break into cars around here and at this point it might just be management. I went to the rental office to request camera footage of someone clearly breaking into my car but they couldn’t find anything. Everything in my car was ran through and they left my wallet outside. The lady in the front even told me the same thing happened to someone else and they did nothing. If cameras can’t catch someone breaking into your car what are they there for? This place is bogus and broke down, ran by Africans and sweet girls who don’t know anything but to lie. They will get theres

Sad and so much needed to improve. The area has potential due to location. Maintenance of the property definitely below average and maybe standards ???. There are frequent water shut downs instead of seeing the actual problem and rectifying it. I have been informed of a fire on the property and folks out of housing for weeks. I can imagine the lack of urgency presented by the "powers". It costs and yes the buildings are old and infrastructure needs to be upgraded. I can imagine that when you are on the board and making determinations of increasing the fees, one could be extremely lenient when individuals and associates own more than 4 units. More renters on the property than owners and it is evident that there are property managers not invested and unattentive. Attractiveness is not a selling point. There is no room for growth, vision, or development of a community because the same regime has set up permanent status and always have the exact number of "proxies" for the count. Good question is how many on the "board" reside on the property or ever has. Pointing out over a million $$$ in reserve and the infrastructure is falling apart. Years of the same.

Omg. That’s why I moved! It’s nasty there. Maintenance is trash. They do nothing but punch in and collect a check.
