I have been living here for two years and it's been okay, my lease ends this year and I am not going to renew it. Con: First two years living here was fine until we got new neighbors.. the neighbors love blasting loud trap music at like 12:00 am - 2:00 am during THE WEEK. I have filed complaints against them but honestly I have seen no changes even though it is a breach of your lease as residential hours are from 10:00 pm - 5:00 am. So keep in mind the walls are thin and the floor beds creak so if you have a neighbor living above you that is heavy footed you will hear everything creak. - Another con is I noticed now when I call the leasing office its kinda hard to get in touch with someone. I prefer to call in the morning as soon as they open for a chance to speak to someone. I have left messages expecting to get a return call but no one ever returns my calls not to mention no responds back to my emails. - Third Con is this complex does not give out newsletter when they will be doing community maintenance. I noticed one day coming home from work my balcony was worked on and no one told me that Maintenance would stop by to do it. Furthermore maintenance is kinda sloppy with repairing stuff. Yes they fix it but it is messy, an example is when I had a leak in my apartment they had to take the wall out, dry it and place it back on and re paint it. Paint job was awful and spacey. Fourth Con: no assigned parking, so first comes first serves otherwise get use to street parking. Pro: No roaches, rats, mites, bed bugs. The only bugs I've encountered are spiders and ants occasional beetles but very rare and are easy to get rid of. -Maintenance comes quick especially when it is emergency. -Rent is pretty affordable here compared to other apartment complexes and it is cozy and for the most part the neighbors are friendly

I love living here but lately the office team has not been answering the phones. I've been calling for the past 2 weeks now I've even asked the maintenance supervisor if anyone is in the office and he said yes. Im a property manager myself and this is very unprofessional and bad for business. Not only that as much as I've spoken highly of this place and the maintenance staff whenever I get serviced something of mine is either damaged, area left dirty or they leave things behind. The property is going down. Not sure if I will renew this year.

Great apartment complex, we were sad to have to relocate. We had barely any issues during our time here. The community and apartment itself were both very quiet, we rarely heard our upstairs neighbors. The apartment was great with lots of storage and character. There weren't many caveats, but these were all the ones that we noticed: It is an older building so not everything will always be new and pristine. The bedroom did get substantially colder than the rest of the apartment in the winter and heating costs did tend to be higher than my previous apartments. There were also some water leaks from adjacent apartments during our stay. Maintenance always responded quickly with fixes and fans. Overall, highly recommend.
