I got a new roof last month. I called Pappas Roofing and Construction because they were the only roofing contractor available that day who could get to my house. It started raining just after their crew finished installing it, but I don't think this was coincidence. My old shingle roof leaked like crazy in the rain, so there's no telling how long it would have taken before the water damage ruined everything inside. They did an excellent job; even though it rained all week, not one drop of moisture seeped through the ceiling!

Papas installed a new roof in April 2018. Overall the installed shingles look great and to the extent known have no leaks. However, some of the work was sloppily done (roofs butting area, steep roof to siding sections, chimney flashing, etc.(took photos). Supervisor did not do a final inspection. Also didn’t fulfill all requirements of the contract. When contacted about the problems, he never got back to us and now ignores our calls. Good marketing, OK work, poor follow-through
