I came in for a engine light being on. I was there on a saturday when there was only 1 service rep for 10+ people waiting for their car. After 2 hours, I had not heard the status of my car and if the issue was under waranty, I assumed it was because they wouldn't do work without permission. When I finally was told my car was ready after 3 hours, I was then told that it was under waranty, but not what the issue was. I was also told the other item I asked to be fixed couldn't be as the part was not in stock. I then had to wait another 20 mintues for my car, which was done and I had to pay $0 for. Many people can only bring their car in on the weekend. There should be more service reps to help communicate the status of the cars. If I could have come on a weekend I would have. I am not sure why but service has dropped every time I have been there with my 2018 car.

This was my 3rd visit for service. As with the prior 2 visits, staff ask me if this is my first time and had no idea I scheduled the service visit a week prior. Apparently, staff either ignore the scheduled appointments or don't look. I brought the car in with tire pressures set correctly. For some reason my tire pressures were reduced to 28 psi rear and 26 psi front. Why did the service technician set them below the recommended pressures? And of course, I received low pressure warnings. Now, I am questioning whether the requested work was done properly.
