Absolutely the worst insurance company. I was t-boned by one of their clients who ran a visible stop sign and completely destroyed my car. Progressive treated me like I had done something wrong. Progressive has done nothing but screw me over since then. They would not provide me a settlement amount until the very last day they would cover a rental vehicle(which they did not fully cover) which put my back against the wall since I needed to purchase a new vehicle that same day. After having to settle with them, due to no other option, months later I find out that they deducted an amount due to a "Stained" seat that just so happen to be the seat right next to where their clients vehicle impacted my vehicle. The "stained" seat was not stained but covered in debris from the impact. Their reps were uncaring and only worried about paying out the very least amount they could instead of treating me like a human being who was just in a major accident caused by their client. If I could give a negative star review I would. For anyone who is looking to do business with Progressive be very careful as they will take advantage of you any way they can. I am lucky to be alive after this accident and Progressive could care less.

This company is one of the worst insurance company in the area. Don’t be tricked into their competitive starting price. That is one of their biggest lies. They hide tons of discounts in the first quote and if you want to continue with them all if the discounts are gone. So don’t be surprised if your rate goes up by 130$ or so when you want to continue with them. Another lies is that they offer the discounts to newcomers, although I had history with them. When I called the representative and asked for the reason why my price went up, she gave another lies that the rate was gone JUST because the discounts are gone, although I had a letter explicitly saying the rate was gone at least partially because of roadside assistance I used ONCE for jumper start. So don’t get pricked by their numbers as they lie often to force the price. Probably going to switch to Geico very soon, as they don’t have all these hidden fees.
