RUN!!! This property management is fraudulent! They switched utility management and didn’t notify tenants! Tenants had no idea their bills weren’t being sent out! Bills were in limbo during their transition and tenants went without lights and water, with no explanation! Now we’re receiving backed up bills with late fees and reconnect fees and threatened with late fees if not paid in their 30 day grace period! They do not care about their tenants only money!!! Worst decision I ever made!!! They seem nice and helpful to get the lease signed but they are crooks! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LYING SCHEMING MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE! And DANIEL NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!

Travis and his team have been helpful and communicative throughout the entire moving in process. He was also very helpful and responsive on fixing any issues I encountered. I 100% recommended him and Revolution Rental Management. They will take care of you as best as they can. Although there were issues when I moved that should’ve been solved before the move in date, Travis and his team worked their hardest to get them solved asap. I 100% percent appreciate their hard work In making this a pleasurable experience.

I am so disappointed. The move-in process was smooth but since moving in I have issues every month in regards to the utility bills. Just this week they are trying to charge me for a bill that they say the owner received. I called the billing company and they said they know nothing of the bill and I am current. I am not paying for previous tenants.

They will always give you the run around hoping to hit you with all types of fees for anything late even when it is their fault. They also nickle and dime you for everything. To set up a recurring payment is a charge, to set up maintenance is a charge. And it's rare that they will get back to you on anything. I had several issues with my townhouse and it took months to get someone out here. They even wanted me to come out of pocket to fix their issues with no compensation.

Just call and press the number for tenant.. If that doesn't work go up there.
