They will always give you the run around hoping to hit you with all types of fees for anything late even when it is their fault. They also nickle and dime you for everything. To set up a recurring payment is a charge, to set up maintenance is a charge. And it's rare that they will get back to you on anything. I had several issues with my townhouse and it took months to get someone out here. They even wanted me to come out of pocket to fix their issues with no compensation.
Stay away from this company total scam, they managed my house for a long time, I am tired of their unnecessary bills, they use their own vendors which charged you double sometimes triple for work that you could pay a lot cheaper with other vendors. Sometimes they invent them even if you don't need nothing done.
