Why is it that I can’t seem to get in contact with anybody from the company? I need information about paying my rent and no one is answering their phone nor returning any of my calls. But their very quick to reach out to you when your behind on rent!

They will always give you the run around hoping to hit you with all types of fees for anything late even when it is their fault. They also nickle and dime you for everything. To set up a recurring payment is a charge, to set up maintenance is a charge. And it's rare that they will get back to you on anything. I had several issues with my townhouse and it took months to get someone out here. They even wanted me to come out of pocket to fix their issues with no compensation.

LOL I think I dodged a bullet while waiting for my service dog paperwork since they wanted to deny me my dog and I was waiting for my doctor paperwork and they said they rented my house out from under me while I was in my process and it was a dog friendly home? They harassed me so much over this. One of them put my paperwork even in nonworking status during this And when I asked about that he got rude to me and said that I didn’t qualify so I don’t qualify I don’t get the house I knew then that they were going to try everything not to give me the house when I asked for the paperwork that they were denying me the house that is when they allowed me to finish the process with the note for my dog and that is the only reason why they finished my process paperwork was to make it look like I can rent from them but they still don’t want to rent to me. They just don’t wanna get caught behaving that way

They are absolutely terrible! I can't believe how badly their company operates. And you're right - no one to answer your emails or call. Fees galore for simple things. Worst run operation I have ever encountered. Do not rent or have them manage your home!
