I had the absolutely best experience at Sport Honda. I worked with Joshua and he really bent over backwards to get me a car in about a two month time span because I had my wedding and my husbands in the military and I’m moving and life is chaotic. He worked with me to get a college discount. He helped me because I’m out of state and really went the extra mile. I drove the distance because service here is way better than anything I could find local. Interest rates when it was the last week of the month and as soon as we got there, which we got there early, Joshua walked us through the whole car, and then Josue in finance made sure that we got in and out of there in about an hour total. Best dealership experience.

Yes, they do retain records of vehicles they've serviced. I've had my vehicle serviced there multiple times, and they've been able to look up prior service. I never asked how long they keep such records.
