Yes, they do retain records of vehicles they've serviced. I've had my vehicle serviced there multiple times, and they've been able to look up prior service. I never asked how long they keep such records.
Records are kept for at least seven years by law. Service customers records that are "active" are kept up to 10 years. You may request the record from your service advisor should you need one, no hassle and no charge.
They do keep records yes of all that it might be a 10-year seal you have to call them and ask I work at a dealer they all very as far as records go.
