My son was exposed at school Early summer 2021 so, my whole family had to go in for a rapid Covid test, to clear us. The staff were ok. My family had insurance and they assured us it’s free for people with insurance, The got our insurance cards and told us we qualify. After one year, We are getting billed for only God knows what? We all had same test but my high schooler is billed $1900+ , my 3rd grader $635 and myself the adult $335 . We all had a pcr test doesn’t make sense. I contacted my insurance and they checked their system and no bill was ever sent to them or got contacted. This Express Healthcare thing is a scam .

This place is the most unorganized health institution, DO NOT GO THERE. They will send you a bill even if you have insurance.

Bogus,bogus billing.My daughter was at the New Carrollton location for covid test and they sent a bill of $524 for bogus services, ofcourse the insurance company denied it and I have been calling the billing department to resolve this bogus bill,but right now is they are just giving me run around.I will be reporting them to Attorney General office and continue to let every one know about this predatory practices in their billing..

Took my mother hear on 6/23/22 she had an appointment for 2pm she said it shouldn't be long no one else was there it took a hour & 15min they had to find the doctor to complete her visit the doctor said she sent the prescription into CVS she lied now we have to go to another doctor today smfh
