I don't understand how some people can be in business. Rude!! Very rude !! Extremely rude !! Maybe because I walked into the store at 8:05 am and disturbed him while he was eating his blueberry muffin. I sent my lawn mower to be repaired via the insurance I bought at the time of purchase. When I go to pick up the lawnmower, sure it was insurance coverage, the rude "gentleman", who was eating his blueberry muffin, tells me I have to pay $ 140. I reply that it should be under insurance coverage. The answer from the rude "gentleman", who was eating his poor blueberry muffin, was that the work he did was not under insurance coverage. But if I call insurance, and they send me for repair in this fxxxxxg shop, where the owner eats the blueberry muffin at 8:05 am, and then the job isn't under coverage, someone could have let me know, so I would have decided whether to spend $ 140 or buy a new one !! Right!! Anyway, stay away from this place .. and if you can't do otherwise, at least make sure that when you enter he is not eating a blueberry muffin !!! Greetings!!

Throttle cable for 36 stand on was supposed to arrive in 3 days for the repair. After nearly two weeks, they finally got back to say that it didn't show up. Took like 15 days to get the mower back
