From what I understand they do not allow pets and that's according to hotels.com although if you are one of the long term residents you would think they would want to make you feel at home by allowing your little friends to stay with you.
I've been here since the end of December and haven't seen anyone with a pet here....so with that said I'm fairly certain that they're not....but it never hurts to ask.
You pay weekly it's like 282.50 You pay monthly $800 that comes out to 200 week no tax

No they do not have free breakfast. They have a breakfast bar but sometimes its open sometimes not.
Medical/ market center station is about 10 minutes away.
