The rooms were dirty we told the girl downstairs and she gave us a new room which was nice of her. However, the room was dirty as well the towels were stained with what looked like feces or blood. And the floors were visibly dirty with grime. Thier were hairs in the shower and on the floor. The water bottles were over-priced downstairs (3dollars for a 16oz) since they don't provide any free water. I didn't have breakfast but some family members did and said it was the worst sausage they have ever had. The ac on the 3rd floor was broken and the entire floor was hot.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!!! Never choose to stay here it was literally the worst experience. They locked the doors at 12am on us LIKE WHAT?? It’s a hotel. The trans person was very rude and her coworker (sorry I dont know their names) on the night of 7/22 to early morning 7/23. The rooms are disgusting including bugs on the beds and windows and furniture. How is it possible to call this a hotel? There was a man who arrived past 12 am blasting music and they didn’t tell him anything at all. But us just talking got us kicked out the lobby AND patio. She wouldn’t even let us grab our luggage that we had in our car in peace (it was like 12:02) She followed us and was watching us the entire time as if we were sketchy. I GIVE IT ZERO STARS!!!!! She told us we have “10 minutes to get out” They we’re being discriminating, please hire better staff.

Staff very nice and helpful. Manager is super sweet and anything needed, she did her best to make it happen. Seems like the staff works together and I stayed here 1 week exactly and not once did I hear another staff member complaining about another. Positive atmosphere. Clean. Quiet. They didn't gripe if I had company like most motels. Beds so comfortable. I don't have one complaint on this location. Now I saved the best for last---- the little black lady in the kitchen can cook!!! Her Biscuits and Gravy are the BEST... The gravy had such a good flavor, perfect amount of seasonings. The cinnamon rolls OMG-melt in my mouth. This young lady knows what she is doing and is a go getter. She kept everything clean and filled I will definitely be coming back to this location. My job requires 90% of my time staying in morels around the DFW area ...and I just found my second home. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel welcomed and getting my belly full before I crashed...(Daytime Sleeper).😘😘😘

This hotel is very good and overall a good choice but the light out front in the driveway keeps flickering like were in a dang horror movie. Also occasionally some real weirdos will stay here and there's a lot of construction going on at the freeway. Luckily it's not that loud since the walls seem sufficiently insulated. Overall I think this is a great holiday inn to stay at. Just wish they had biscuits regularly for breakfast.
