Unbelievable and stellar service today! Cody was incredibly sweet and understanding with my situation. Doors were closed and they were getting ready to close up shop I just made it in the nick of time to get a supply that I really genuinely needed over the weekend. He could have told me that he couldn't help me. He found a way to come through for me and I won't forget him and his mom lisa. Lisa was there after hours with him and they both work extremely sweet understanding and genuine. It's just really nice to know that when you're having a bad day and you need some TLC that things can come through unexpectedly thank you ! deserve to give him a pat on the back you guys are really wonderful company and I got my supplies

It's a genuine pleasure to write a positive review for 7th St. Medical Supply. Due to a recent significant health scare with my wife, it became necessary to secure a CPAP unit ASAP. I've been a CPAP user for a number of years, however, my wife's condition required that she begin using one immediately. Hence, she's been using my CPAP unit while we've been awaiting the arrival of one for her. Then we learned of the recall and the huge backlog. My unit is one of those recalled. It required additional temporary filtration etc. Through all this the folks at 7th St. Med., in particular, Nicole, Will and Cody have gone WAY above and beyond to help us. Nicole has managed to cut through significant red tape and Will and particularly Cody, who has spent the most time with us, have been patient, technically knowledgeable, and especially thorough in the process of helping us. They've made sure ALL the bases were covered, no matter how many times we had to cover the same information. Fitting, refitting, experimenting, teaching, coaching, exchanging, - it didn't matter, they were always patient and thorough. They HEAR us. We could have signed on with another company, one of which has a backlog 1/4th that of 7th St. We stuck with 7th St. Well done 7h ST., well done!
