An unbelievable disaster of a service experience. Between pushing service to deceiving services. They attempted to return vehicle unfixed while offering extra services. After returning vehicle with grease on door panel and misaligned door, which was straight when dropped off. Personal was very insulting. We have been buying new vehicles for 49 years and this was the worst experience ever.
