I was very excited 😆 to go to True Kitchen because of all the hype. It is very much overrated & inflated. I ordered the Chicken &Waffles. The chicken was very salty and greasy, the music was extremely loud. I loved the atmosphere and the grown and sexy setting, but I will not be going back.

My initials experience at kitchen and cocktails was unpleasant. I waited an hour just to get seated and I had reservations. They sat me at the bar and I was greeted by this KINDHEARTED young lady name Braneé. Braneé was knowledgeable and respectful . Her bartending skills was the best I’ve seen anywhere in Dallas and I will come back to your establishment as long as that young lady is there. I would highly recommend that your employees take hospitality and worth ethic class from her !

You might want to do a reservation because it was crowded when we went . The wait was supposed to be an hour and 30 mins but only ended up being about 45.
The vibes are average. The dress code is inaccurate. The chairs are very uncomfortable. The mainstream hip hop music is a little to loud. The food is good but a little pricey. The drinks are great. Drink prices is worth the weeks trying to get a reservation.
