Fair room, but the gym was literally 5 weights and 3 treadmills in a small squarish room. For a 3 star hotel, I expected better. And I'm assuming the other amenities are on about the same level.

The hotel was ok. Staff was wonderful, the first room I was given smelled moldy, had bugs, and half of the light bulbs were out. This room was on the first floor but the room I was moved to on the third floor was up to par.

When I checked in the desk clerk checked me in as someone else. In my room I realized that I was overcharged by $500. After figuring out the issue, a different clerk called a manager and said to come back at 7:30 the next morning to credit my account. I did so - and was told that managers don’t come in until 9. My zero rating is because it’s been 6 weeks and I cannot get this resolved. I called customer service - no help. I’ve called the hotel several times. I finally reached the general manager - Moses - who promised that he would call me the next day with the resolution. That was two weeks ago. I understand that mistakes happen. But this location has not been honest or responsive to something that was clearly their mistake. I’ve never left a review - but maybe this will finally get me some results.

Its a clean hotel room to stay for the night. It served its base purpose. However, the bathroom light needed maintenance, that I had to ask 3 different people for before it was done. The showerhead is a safety hazard not being anchored down. I didn't mind the lack of a restaurant, but I did mind that there is a charge for basic breakfast that should come with the room cost since the restaurant is closed. No one at the desk wore a mask, vaxxed or not. The outside entrance had a construction barricade that is poorly placed and someone can still hurt themselves. Not the best choice for me, and I won't be back to this place.

Which Omni Hotel are you asking about? The Courtyard Marriott is about 7 minutes from Omni Park West, but about 35 minutes from Omni downtown.
It's not exactly within walking distance but it is about a mile or so away. The neighborhood the spa is in is a little on the rougher side so I would personally drive.
No, but i completely agree with Talicia. It made for a great weekend!
