Is now a LaQuinta . Rooms are decent , i stay there often. management will charge you more if you don’t make online reservations and is on site but will not help customers even in the event of a flooding room. was downgraded from a “2 king suite” to a single king with no compensation . night time desk is often asleep and one young woman in the morning and afternoons is worthless as help and will only tell you to come back when someone else is working . maintenance guy comes and goes out of rooms in a very suspicious manor and the parking is less than adequate especially over the weekends . overall decent crack hotel , might not get robbed

Horrible hotel and customer service never ever going to this places I don’t recommend it , I was getting out of my airplane when I received a voice Mail saying that the were going to cancel my reservation, they did cancel it , when the hotel rules say check in time is between 3 pm to midnight it wasn’t even midnight and when I did the reservation it say PAY at the hotel , I even call a week before to get information about payment and they told me call back so you can speak with a manager, the manager never was there and never received a call back . I call the hotel JOSE answer the phone and very unprofessional say I don’t know why they cancel it but your room is not available no more !! I ask to speak with a manager and once again she supposedly wasn’t there , he told me I will call you back in 10 minutes I never got a call , I call them again and the same story the manager will call you nothing no call they also didn’t answer my calls !!!! This is a horrible hotel and I don’t understand how they still open when they just wasted peoples time and made people go through hell , I was alone with my little 8 year old daughter , the MANAGER was dancy she is horrible doesn’t take care of her job seriously!!!! I will call corporate too to complain!!!

This place is cheap and the staff are very disrespectful. Made me check out and not extend because they falsely said I had someone in my room that was not allowed on property but we never been to this place in our lives. They could not show me any proof of the citation or anything to the fact of what they were claiming
