In the short time I waited for my car to be inspected, I watched as they greeted several customers by name as they walked in the door. It's obvious that these guys care about their customers and the vehicles they're trusted to maintain. Update: About a month ago I suggested this shop to my daughter when she needed a set of tires. They did a great job for her and even gave a her break on the road hazard warranty. This morning I took her car back in to check out a slow leak on one tire. Turns out she picked up a nail in the sidewall, an unrepairable problem. They've ordered a new replacement tire and it won't cost her a dime. This is a good shop and Cliff is a really good guy to work with.

Over the years I have bought tires from here. Use to be so nice and helpful. Wanted to have the tires rotated today probably for the last time for these tires. In the past got free rotation but tipped the guys doing it. Today was just going to keep quiet and pay for it. Did not recognize the guys in the office but they were rude and not helpful. I understand not getting it done ahead of other people but if you say free rotation then you fit the customer in somewhere. But just another place that wants to make the sale but not live up to what they say afterwards. I have sciatica and severe pain but did it myself and will be paying for it tonight. I will not be purchasing new tires from them anymore .

I drove almost 800 miles from SC with a bad alignment. I'm no car person so I thought it was just my tires out of balance. Took it to tire outfitters and found out one of the bolts was not tightened. My front passenger side tire was incredibly loose. Cliff took me into the garage and showed me. I was floored! That could have been so bad for me and my passengers on that long drive.They fixed me right up and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I will be saving this shop for the next time I'm up this way. This place is a keeper for sure.
