The agent that assisted me today with mailing my packages was overly kind and bubbly. Not what I expected at all. But a very refreshing visit to mail care packages. Great customer service!

Won’t refund or take responsibility for package that says delivered but never was, also if you have issues you cannot speak to someone over phone they just use an automated voice to deal with you. Save your time and use UPS or FedEx!

Thank you thank you, dear Post Office workers in Ashland and the Rogue Valley. My chemo and other meds always arrive on time, and our delivery person even runs up the stairs to drop off packages by our front door sometimes. The level of kindness and respect that I have received from all the postal employees these past 10 years in Medford and Ashland is like nowhere else I've lived before. Even during COVID. THANKS to all of you who are probably risking a lot more than we know, for all the hard work you do on our behalf. You are deeply valued and appreciated.

For a government organization, this post office is pretty nice. Sure, it doesn’t have that many staff and because of that, the lines can be long depending on what time of day it is or if there is a holiday coming up. However, I find that if I come by in the late morning, there’s barely a wait at all. Also, I feel that the employees that work here are very pleasant and display top-notch customer service.
