The best place for anything mobile. .Personnel are exceptionally talented, friendly, efficient and great at diagnosing whatever issues I've had. Sometimes only a tweak is needed. Parts replacement or repairs are done as scheduled or notification is given if needed.

Aaron is the man! My iPhone 5s died completely; cracked unresponsive screen, swollen battery and mashed up home button. Angel Aaron was able to fix it all in 20 minutes flat. He was kind enough to do it right at the end of the day and “grind it out,” as he put it. As a journalist my phone is vital and having it fixed immediately on the spot was a blessing of grace indeed. I've had good luck with Mobile Madness in repairing my stuff. They are in Medford next to the north Fred Meyer and they have a location in Ashland.

No SIM cards are not sold at this location. Mobile Madness is carrier neutral so as to maintain good relationships with all of the carriers stores. They do carry SIM card adapters for size differences between phones.
