I ordered a remote for my adjustable bed. These folks were awesome....I wrote an email and Matt responded immediately. He helped me with the remote choice and reassured me that it should work with my bed (which is older). I did not pay for expedited shipping, but, they upgraded me and sent me the new remote "priority mail". I received it promptly, within a few days from the order. My son plugged it in and it works perfectly. Thank you guys for your prompt and courteous help with this. I am a senior widow and you made my life so much easier. Thank you again. I ordered a replacement bed remote and it was shipped quickly to my house as the company expedited the shipping beyond what I had paid for. This was great because my old remote had died with the bed in a semi upright position and I had no way to put it down until the replacement remote arrived. Nice to see in today's world there are still some companies that believe in customer service.
