I’d give it a zero if I could. The only reason I kept my reservation was because we didn’t want to look for another room with such short notice. The first night I got attitude from the receptionist. The following days room service had to be requested more than once before anyone would come. The cleaning crew was not the issue, I believe it had to be coming from reception and management. When I actually needed the manager he was not in sight. I contacted the GM Justin L. Burton. He said he’d call me back. That was on 7/24/2022, he had my contact information and to this day nothing. I was charged $838.68 with parking included for three nights. I’d say the quality of this hotel is of a Motel6 in my personal experience.

This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. Great hotel, friendly staff and very clean. The decor is very unique which is nice to see to someone who stays in a lot of hotels. I like the unique character of this hotel. The workout area was nice and the rooms were very spacious.

My husband and I chose this hotel for our wedding accommodations. From the beginning, Alex was very helpful and assured us that we would be well taken care of. He held up on his end of the agreement. We were very pleased with the rooms and his staff was very attentive and helpful to our wedding guests. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering a hotel room block for a large event. They will take great care of you!
