If you’re looking for good vibes, this is the place. Greeted with down to earth customer service. Modern yet casual atmosphere was quite appealing. Room was clean and functional. I would characterize the room as efficient and functional. The functional aspect paired with the overall atmosphere and cleanliness made for an exceptional experience. Breakfast was the only meal I can speak to in the restaurant, but the food and service was great at each visit…….Full disclosure; I attempt to stay places that aren’t run of the mill side of the highway type hotels. This place is exactly that, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The Pittman is a beautiful hotel. Every staff member we came across was extremely lovely. They have wine or other snacks you can purchase at their little version of a Botega at the front desk. The valet is super quick and friendly. The rooms were modern and beautiful. The hotel had a social hour, that we thought was a nice little touch. Elm & Good is the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel we definitely recommend trying out. We went for drinks one evening and tried brunch on Sunday morning. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in Dallas.

WONDERFUL staff! (front desk and who ever delivered our welcome treats) The shower was something new to learn. Only turn the handle a little bit to change from where you want the water to disperse from - don’t keep turning excessively as it takes a few seconds for the pipes to send the water to the correct pipe (shower head only, wand only or a combo of both) the tube was different. It did not have a knob to direct the water flow and just dripped out of the wand but the faucet had a good flow. Was a bit sad the construction crew didn’t do a great job on finishing the rooms off. Two tiles missing from floor and grouting was missing in some areas, bath fixtures already lost a lot of finishes. This hotel opened 18 months ago. Hopefully they are in talks about quality of work and supplies used - utilize those warranties folks! Valet, which I think is contracted out, initially was phenomenal but when we got the car back in the morning, reeked of smoke - we don’t smoke. But there were no ashes or burns so the driver may have just finished a cig and jumped in to return the car. Suite 353

Abby is amazing! But honestly all the front desk staff were incredible. Clean room, great amenities, awesome bar/restaurant, amazing location. Only gripe was that we requested new towels a few times and never got any but hey no one’s perfect.
