Everything was as expected check in was fast after 7hrs on the road and the rooms were clean, just needed more towels for showering because you need to put one on the floor when you step out of the shower that really wasn't a problem because they gave me extra towels when I saw the room attendant in the hall. Good experience overall the breakfast was top notch fresh and hot.

Its not fair that your hotel guests have to suffer because of your neighbors. I paid my hard earned money to stay at this hotel. The entrance to the hotel was completely blocked off by cops telling people to make a u turn because the parking lot was full due to the club goers next door. It’s unacceptable. I’m a guest of this hotel and I deserve to have a parking space. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE CLUB WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO EITHER COME IN OR FINE A PARKING SPACE. To make matters worse, We tried speaking to your employee Kevin regarding the situation and he handled it very poorly by yelling at us and being very condescending. He even addressed us as if we here kids by yelling at us “GO TO YOUR ROOM. You guys don’t appreciate us here. We’re not the bad guys. The club is the bad guy. Go to your room”. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I Will never come back here. Very bad experience.

Positive: The price of the room was Very reasonable and the breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff and the rooms were clean. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I got a little warm in the night and I couldn't get the thermostat to go down any. Negative: Got a little warm in the night and I couldn't lower the thermostat, it wasn't working is working properly.

Look, listen to me!! If you have standards do not stay here! Checked in and the room the desk attendant checked us into a room where a guest was staying. They upgraded us for the inconvenience to a king room. We get settled into the room when we realize the toilet doesn’t flush. It’s completely stopped up. Called the desk attendant and he gave us a toilet plunger to unclog the toilet as if we did it. That blew my mind. The toilet wouldn’t unclog so the desk attendant gave us another room 50 percent off. This room ended up being decent. But that isn't all. The place is smelly and all three rooms were smelly. I should have read the reviews before booking. Hopefully y’all don’t make the same mistake. Please, seriously reconsider another option before booking!
