AC rooms are floors 3-10 or 11, and Residence Inn are above. Pool is shared with Hilton. Gym equipment is a bit rusty but didn't fall apart. Room was decently sized for a double. View was to inside at AC units. Bar was great with unique drinks, comfortable seats, and helpful staff. Their AC Burger was right for med rare but bun was too rough for me. The pecan-infused bourbon wasn't 'infused' long enough but the bourbon was great. The Desert Door Sotol was too harsh. I'd rather drink tequila. Location can't be beat for a downtown vibe.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Two of the nights the hotel elevators were down and we had to walk 10 flights to room multiple times! Due to Covid, we were told upon check- in, there would be no room cleaning or linen change. On our second to last day staying at the hotel we stopped at the desk and asked Alex who was working the desk for toilet paper and coffee pods. He told us he would need to call housekeeping to replenish, Unfortunately upon returning to our hotel room that evening we found neither had been replenished. We then went back down to the hotel desk a second time and talk to a different individual and express our disappointment in not having our toilet paper or coffee pods replenished. To our surprise he went into the back and returned with two rolls of toilet paper and two pods of coffee. I don’t understand why Alex couldn’t have done this earlier in the day. To say that this hotel is a disappointment would be an understatement. Their customer care is nonexistent. I would not recommend staying at this hotel nor will I ever stay at this hotel again in the future. There are plenty of wonderful hotels in this area. Book elsewhere!

The check-in staff were nice and friendly. My room wasn't ready as I arrived a bit early. They offered me a beverage while I waited and apologized for the inconvenience. The hotel was busy due to a convention. The lobby/bar/seating area was comfortable. They had live music in the evening. Rooms were clean and equipped with needed amenities. Felt the coffee maker wasn't in the most ideal place for convenience. My room was facing the downtown streets, and you could hear the noice of cars but it wasn't bad during the late evening. The food wasn't the most delicious I had but the service at the bar was great. Good location close to many restaurants and within walking distance.

Honestly, the room was really nice but the hotel has issues. Elevators didn’t work the first day, then only one for the rest of the stay, leading to wait times upwards of 10 minutes for the elevator. The second day none of the key cards worked, our large group all had to get new keys. Staff was efficient if not friendly, bar was great, food was decent.
