The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The ONLY downside was parking in the garage had no directions to the hotel. The elevator was broken and there were no signs to the stairwell. It is noted Home Suites 2 has no control over the parking as it’s public.

So we stayed on Sunday night, the parking was a bit of a nightmare you have to walk to the hotel from a parking garage next door. Make sure you park on the 1st floor or youll be walking down non ending stairs. The hotel is super clean and modern. Thermostat will only let you turn it so low so bring a fan if you are prone to internal human combustion. Nice room besides the fact that the bed was like sleeping in a coffin with a sheet. It was super uncomfortable. The noise from the street made it nearly impossible to sleep, so i guess theres no need for the bed anyway. Paid $170 for 1 night, expected a comfy bed and a quiet night.....not so much 😕 feel like we didnt really get our money's worth on this one.

This hotel was a bit of a gem. Convenient location, prices were pretty average for Dallas, location was very convenient, plentiful parking options all around the hotel (at a far better rate than the official hotel parking). The man at check in was great, and every other person we saw working at the desk was also great. Room was clean and had everything we would need. Will certainly stay here again.

We were there for 3 to 4 months, handicap suite. It was wonderful we requested maid 3 days a week, they took good care of us. Breakfast was nice, the front desk people and manager Billy were great. The view on the West side and pool area was downtown and gorgeous. Location is very central, Deep Ellum entertainment district is walking distance. Baylor hospital is across the street and the parking garage is close, clean and safe. We loved the place ❤
