Lived here twice as well. I feel that it's a bit expensive for such small apartment sizes, but still a good place to live. You pay extra per month for wastewater, stormwater drainage, trash/recycling, etc. I believe that cost is divided up between the number and size of the units in your building. For me, it's about an extra $30-40 per month. You also pay $10 monthly per pet (if you have any) after your initial pet deposit. You also have to have renter's insurance and if you don't get your own policy, you have to pay an extra $20/month (and that only covers the apartment, not your personal items). Then you pay the city separately for utilities on top of that. So there are a lot of little costs that you might not think about initially that you'd have to pay on top of your base rent each month. My total rent each month is about $60 higher than advertised.
It's fine no prob or issues. I am a lightning survivor and on the way to the insulin type one diabetic. I can not walk in the past few days. Thanks so much for all the blessings for you asking
