Gary, Tiana, and Tiffany were great. Very friendly, very helpful, and made the whole process as easy as it could be. Gary, himself though, was very patient and easy to work with and you could tell he was doing everything he could to help us out and get us into a place all in one day. Big thanks to the office staff for everything that took place today and we were blessed to work with people like them today.

I only didn't give 5stars simply because we haven't moved in yet but the staffing here at 16Ten really care! Such genuine, sweet people and very efficient. Kudos to Gary And Tiana for helping us through our difficult times from the previous apartment we left and we're hoping for the best experience possible here on McKinney!!! Thank you for the hospitality!!

The staff at 16 Ten are very warm in their welcoming. Their office is very organized and down to earth all the while maintaining a very professional environment. The grounds are amazing as well. You can't drive by without looking at the place. Serious eye candy from the real estate owners perspective. Tiffany runs a very tight but comfortable ship! I'd give you ten stars but google isn't cool like that.

Do not move here, you will regret it. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing beside and above you. Management is terrible and rude. I toured an apartment and when i moved into mine, it was completely different and appeared older than the one i had toured, which they failed to inform me about. You pay for Valet trash and they hardly do their job. There is CONSTANTLY crime and sketchy things happening in the area/ at the complex. the traffic is horrible and people are always walking around. i felt unsafe the entire time living there. $930 for a studio apartment is insane and is not worth it. please pay $100 more for a one bedroom at a nicer place.
