Do not live here. Management is absolutely terrible. Apartments are filthy and they take advantage of college students. Kelly is a terrible manager and a liar. If I could rate negatively I would with no hesitation.

If i could give this complex negative stars i would! Horrible Management! Don’t waste your time, energy or money even considering these horrendous apartments.

This place has really bad and unprofessional management. They will give you attitude if you complain!! When I moved in, it was a huge mess and there was trash all over and furniture upside down on the floor! They were unprepared for people to move in on move in day. It's also been a month since my roommates and I put in maintenance orders and they have not been taken care of. The excuse that they give us for incomplete maintenance orders is that they have more important maintenance to take care of and they will get around to it. There should not be this many issues after just moving in. They are understaffed and there is high turnover because I never see the same people around in the office. They also never answer the phone during office hours after I called multiple different times and days. I don't know why this place is still in business, but at least its inexpensive. Also their pool is dark green???
