They’re diligent with their requests and explain things in detail. I’m so happy to report that they got my approval complete! I can’t wait to live there!! Thank you, McKinney Park staff! This place is absolutely horrible. They told us when we applied that the deposits were refundable if not approved and we weren’t and refused to give us our money back. The ladies in the office are liars and tell you one thing on the phone then another in person. Money hungry and liars . Do not recommend.

Let's see, where do I begin!!! If you're looking for an apartment that's willing to work with you and get you approved at an affordable rate! That's Bug FREE! A place that's nicely updated with big spacious rooms and bathrooms! Comes with full size washer and dryer connections in a separate laundry room! Nice kitchen appliances that work and thick walls where you can't hear your neighbors! A place where your neighbors are nice and friendly and make you feel safe! A place where people speak, smile and mind their business! A property that's cleaned outside everyday (you literally see maintenance walking around cleaning frequently). A place where the maintenance crew actually listens and fix whatever needs to be fixed in a timely manner and gets it right the FIRST TIME! Btw, they're so nice and friendly and always have you check their work to see if it's done to YOUR standards! Really appreciate them for that! A place with really NICE office staff (Rose😊 and Esperanza😊) and a property manager who's willing to go above and beyond to accommodate her residents making them Happy! Then Mckinney Park IS the place for you!! And Mrs. Connie❣️ is the person to meet! Can't lie, like YOU that's reading MY REVIEW right now, I also was kind of fearful from past reviews(roaches, trash, bad maintenance, etc) but let me tell you! Mrs. Connie and her team(The BEST property manager) have changed these apartments and my family and I couldn't be happier!!! My kids really like it here as well for those of you reading with kids! And YES I know, YOU STILL may be skeptical reading ALL those past reviews but I promise if you give them a chance you won't regret it! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Mckinney Park apartments. And YES, I'm a REAL RESIDENT giving a REAL review from MY personal experience as of August 2022!!! And I seriously can't thank you enough Mrs. Connie🤗!!! Trust me! SHE'S TRULY THE BEST!!!❣️
