Very bad customer service.. I highly think twice about renting there .Bella and yodi are very rude to customers on the phone to provide inf. They haven't been properly trained to serve the public , they think they are the boss . Super bad 👎👎customer service skills .

I lived here for 6 months. Was in a bind had no where else to go. If you have another option don’t live here. Washer and dryers are always broken. And they go months without being fixed. Not to mention the massive roach problem. They claimed maintenance came out and did a bug spray, but i had to constantly get rid of the Cockroaches the entire 6 months i lived there. when i went back to clean it after i moved there were roaches everywhere. I have a 1 year old kid this are not livable environments for a baby.Then there was the constant arguments about rent and my check just going missing. And the numbers wrong time and time again. Again if you have other options live somewhere else.
