Walls are paper thin. I have lived here a year and I have heard my neighbor beat his girlfriend, slam chairs, drag boxes, furniture and his girlfriend. He always waits to do this after 11pm. I have sent countless videos and email complaints to management and they do nothing. Because he is still doing it! He got drunk wrecked his truck and slammed stuff around his apartment most the night. When the Raiders lose he is up until 3 am stomping and cussing about it!! He always calms down by time the police arrive. His girlfriend lied to the police and say she fell. She left with a neck brace on, in an ambulance. I had a major water leak from someone not hooking up the dishwasher correctly before we moved in. Our floor was damaged cabinets were damaged and it took for me to get the district manager involved before the actual management of this place did anything about it.

Janet was great I came in a few weeks ago to tour the gardens of Denton the place looks amazing great amenities, great customer service, good area, and while touring and talking we had so much in common same hometown and grew up in the same areas. unfortunately I wasn’t able to choose gardens of Denton as my new home price was out of my range due to needing 3x base rent
