I have been a costumer since this open , it was professional service at the beginning. But now 4 years ago it a disaster. This people are so rude now , they don't even have restroom service it's been a while without restroom service.

Best place to get just about anything for your vehicle. Always ask for Dirk, he and the rest of the folks there are very informed, educated to get exactly what you’ll need. My experience included Dirk making sure I had additional parts I hadn’t even considered. I appreciate his help and knowledge greatly.

Up-selling parts you don't need is sly, offer it but don't recommend it. It's my fault, I'm stupid for buying the octane booster. When you come in for for fuel treatment and a octane booster is recommended only buy it if your car calls for high octane gas. My truck performs better on regular. So either when recommended the dude was high, or he just makes a nice percentage off the sale since it's O'Reilly brand.
