Was assisted by Tovin (I don't believe that was his name, but it did start with a "T") the other day, and I just have to say: I haven't met a more conscientious person his age (under 25) in a very long time. When I came in, the phone was ringing. He greeted me, and I asked if they had feeder rats to which he replied, "yes" then he answered the phone, and I stood there waiting. When he got off the phone, he said that was rude of him and apologized. I told him I realized he answered the phone because it was ringing and it was the natural thing to do. We had a good chuckle. He assisted me with the rat and while he was checking me out, the phone began to ring again. He finished ringing me up, and said goodbye to me before he answered it. which I thought was very sweet and totally not necessary. I called the next day to brag to his manager. The whole thing was minor but just kind of made my day...and apparently beyond, because I'm still thinking about it over a week later. After working in customer service for 2 decades, it's nice to actually get some in return.

They sell smaller pets as ferrets, bunny's, birds, fish and lizards but dogs and cats are not a pet that is sold there

Entrance into the business is accessible for someone using a wheelchair. However, I would not describe the aisles as wide, and I don't think the store is laid out with wheelchair users in mind. That said if you use a wheelchair, you should be able to get into this business, get what you need, make your purchase and return to your vehicle.

It's $10 that includes; Shampoo, conditioner, and a towel. If you want to brush your dog you have to bring your own brush. It's a great amenity you're gonna love it. And if you don't have your own doggy shower at your place it's a great idea. And of course the have hot and cold water just in case you're wondering.
