For the love of god please shut this train wreck down and let UPS or Fed Ex take over. If this location delivers your mail, good luck ever receiving anything. So many lost and delayed items. No business can operate like this and survive, nor should it. Another fun fact, the carriers like to mark your package delivered to make their delivery schedule and not attempt to deliver. How this is legal I will never understand. All so they can hide their incompetence and you don’t receive your package. Avoid if at all possible, but I understand that some businesses don’t give you a choice. Probably best to avoid them too. It’s always high ticket items that conveniently go missing. Currently for me it’s an Apple Watch ultra. I don’t expect to ever see it. My fault for having it delivered I guess. Lesson learned, never again.

Yes, there are different sizes and pricing plans, depending on your needs.
Most of the time it specifies in mailbox or on porch. If a delivery was scanned by courier and missing, nesd to check with local post office. Neighbors might have accidentally received it as well, assuming it wasn't stolen.
In most cases. Go to USPS.COM to schedule a pick up. They will let you know the classes of mail that are eligible.

You will have to visit the PO during regular hours to pick it up.
Go to cst service desk. A slip should be left in box to give to person at counter
The post office will leave a pick up notice in your PO box, which you will take to them when you can for pickup of your parcel.
They have switched to an Appointment based procedure. We have to go there personally and take an appointment. Availability is better than other centers because it is not yet an online system.
