Charlie is the MAN!!! It's so refreshing to be able to have someone reliable, honest and responsive. My new home closing depended on him being transparent and giving realistic expectations of what I might encounter. After I got my house, he followed up and his findings proved accurate. He came out, was able to locate a big leak quickly and repair it in no time! I don't know much about plumbing, but he was informative, personable and completely trustworthy. Although I thought the issue may be extensive, he relayed and resolved what ended up being a minor simple leak. He was professional and the most reliable plumber I've ever worked with. Shout out to Charlie for his professionalism and hard work!! We had sewage coming up in all the bathrooms. In a matter of minutes he had it drained. He went steps further and checked the outside sewer drain and found roots. He cut enough roots to solve our problems!! So incredibly thankful for him!!
